      The learned counsel for plaintiff submits that the defendants have demolished the construction, goods and articles of the plaintiffs lying in an open sky.

The learned counsel for CDGK submits that the leases were executed in respect of amenity plot and submits that the disciplinary action has been taken against those employees involved in executing illegal leases.

The learned counsel for CDGK is required to file a report with regard to the action initiated and taken against delinquent officers who are involved in executing the leases of amenity plots within 15 days.

The learned counsel for plaintiff requests that the matter may be fixed on a day other than Monday.

Order accordingly. Adjourned to 28.5.2008.
