Haji Muhammad Jat advocate files power on behalf of respondents No. 4,6 and 7, which is kept on record.
Respondents No.4,6 and 7 have filed undertaking stating therein that neither they have caused any harassment to the petitioner or her family members nor will cause any harassment to them in future. The copies of undertaking have been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the undertaking filed by the respondent No.4,6 and 7, this petition is disposed of with directions to the S.H.O/S.I.P P.S Eidgah Saddar Town to provide protection to the petitioner as well as her family members. In case the private respondents create any trouble or cause any harassment to the petitioner or her family members, in that eventuality, he shall act according to law.
