Comments have been filed on behalf of Respondents No.5 to 7 which are taken on record, copy whereof has been supplied to the other side. After going through the same, learned counsel for the Petitioner being satisfied does not press this petition, however, he submits that Respondents No.5 to 7 be directed to provide protection to the petitioners.

Learned Assistant A.G concedes the above submission.

In view of above, the petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, the Respondents No.5 to 7 are directed to provide legal protection to the Petitioner.
