After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this bail application and states that he would be satisfied if the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a reasonable time.

Learned D.P.G for the State does not oppose the submission of learned counsel for applicant.

In view of above, the Criminal Bail Application stands dismissed as not pressed. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within three months with further direction that case will not be adjourned on any flimsy ground. However, the applicant is at liberty to move a fresh bail application, if so advised.
