Comments have been filed on behalf of Respondents No.1 and 2 which are taken on record, copy whereof has been supplied to the other side. Respondent No.2 has also filed a statement in his own handwriting whereby he categorically stated that he will not cause any harassment to the Petitioner in future not Petitioner will be intimidated in any manner.

After going through the said statement, learned counsel for the Petitioner is satisfied and states that this petition be disposed of in terms of the statement filed by Respondent No.2.

Learned Assistant A.G concedes the above position and did not controvert the prayer of the Petitioner.

In view of above, this petition stands disposed of in terms of the statement filed by Respondent No.2.
