With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties this petition is allowed, the learned District & Sessions Judge Karachi (East) is directed to withdraw the Rent Case No. 300/2008 from the Court of III-Senior Civil Judge and Rent Controller Karachi (East) and entrust the same to any other Court having jurisdiction. However the Rent Controller shall decided the rent case within one month and shall not grant adjournment on any flimsy ground to either party.
With the above observations, this petition stands disposed of.
