The respondent No.3 is present in person and has filed the statement, in which he has mentioned that the petitioner has solemnized Nikah on 17.7.2010 and sworn affidavit of freewill before the Justice of Peace Khairpur.

From the documents available on record, the affidavit of freewill shows that the petitioner has solemnized marriage with Ali Hassan Koondhar. Since the respondent No.3 in his statement has undertakes that neither he has harassed the petitioner nor raided her house nor he will harass the petitioner in future.

With this statement the petition is disposed of. The respondents No.2 and 3 are directed to provide necessary protection to the petitioner and her husband whenever she will approach to them and they are also directed not to harass the petitioner. Let the copy of this order be transmitted to D.P.O. Naushero Feroze for compliance.
