The petitioner has leveled the
serious allegations against Wazir Ali Rajar SHO P.S. Mehrabpur and Ayaz Hussain
Sargani P.C. Mehrabpur. In paragraph No.6 of the petition, it is submitted that
the petitioner was locked-up and due to fear of his implication in a false case
his wife arranged Rs.30,000/- and both proposed accused after receiving the
amount released the petitioner. It is further stated that both the alleged
police officials have also directed the petitioner to leave Mehrabpur town and
not to reside there. Today SIP/SHO Khamiso Khan P.S.Mehrabpur District Naushero
Feroze is present in person and he submitted his report that he was posted SHO
P.S. Mehrabpur on 15.09.2010 and he collected the evidence regarding such incident
but came to know that no such incident was taken place. In his statement he has
further submitted that the petitioner has filed this case falsely on fabricated
grounds to harass the opponents.
Alongwith this one page statement no
paper is attached to show that the newly inducted SHO has enquired about the
matter but he has simply submitted his statement which is not sufficient. The
D.P.O. Naushero Feroze is directed to hold enquiry in the matter against Wazir Ali Rajar the then SHO P.S. Mehrabpur
and Ayaz Hussain Sargani P.C. Mehrabpur with due notice to the petitioner and
submit his report to the Additional Registrar of this Court within three weeks
positively. Office is directed to transmit the copy of this order to D.P.O. alongwith
a copy of petition and statement submitted in Court by SIP/SHO Khamiso Khan. If
above police officials are found involved, the D.P.O. shall take necessary
action against them in accordance with law. D.P.O. will also ensure that both
the above police officials against whom allegations have been made shall not
cause any harassment to the petitioner.
Petition stands disposed of with the
above terms.
