SIP Niaz Ahmed Mirani SHO PS Gemro present in person, he is the respondent No.2 and has filed the statement, in which he has categorically mentioned that neither he has harassed the petitioner or her family members nor intend to do so without due course of law. He further submitted that all the allegations against him are false.

Mr.Riaz Ahmed Shaikh holding brief on behalf of Mr.Shaikh Amanullah Advocate for the petitioner submits that since the respondent No.2 in his statement has undertaken that he will not cause any harassment to the petitioner and her family members and will act strictly in accordance with law. He is satisfied with this statement.

Respondent No.3 is not present but the learned A.A.G. undertakes that he will also inform the order of this Court to him and he will also not cause any harassment to the petitioner and purely act in accordance with law.

On the basis of this statement, petition is disposed of accordingly.
