The Assistant Superintendent states that applicant has almost completed his sentence and his unexpired portion of sentence is only 14 days. He further states that for remaining period of 14 days, a summary was submitted to the D.I.G Prisons, Sindh and the concerned Superintendent has received such permission today and applicant will be released forthwith today.

In view of above statement, applicant is satisfied and does not press this bail application which is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
