In this matter the learned counsel for the petitioner argued that the respondent No.2 is creating havoc and harassment against the petitioner, her husband and other family members at the instance of respondent No.3 and further prayer has been made against the respondent No.1 that he may be directed to provide protection to the petitioner, her husband and other family members.

The learned Asstt:A.G. waives notice of this petition, copy has been supplied to him and he further submits that this petition be disposed of and he undertakes that the respondents No.1 and 2 will purely act in accordance with law and will not cause any harassment to the petitioner and will also provide proper protection. On his undertaking, petition is disposed of alongwith listed applications. Let a copy of this order be sent to the respondents No.1 and 2 for compliance through fax.
