            Through this petition, the Petitioner has prayed as under:-

a) That, this Honourable Court may be pleased to declare that acts of Respondent No.4 to 9 are illegal, void, abinitio, having no legal sanctity.

b) That, this Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents No.4 to 9 to allow the Petitioner to join his duties as per notification No. SOCI(H)/B-155/2003 dated 28.5.2010.

c) That, this Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents No.4 to 9 to issue/release the salary of petitioner with immediate effect to save him from further mental torture, agony and irreparable losses.

d) Any other relief which this Honourable Court deems fit and proper may please be awarded to the Petitioner.

            Comments have been filed on behalf of Respondents. Alongwith comments, learned Additional A.G has submitted notification dated 06^th July 2010 which reveals that notification No.SO.CI (H) B-155/2003, dated 28.5.2010 has been cancelled/withdrawn with immediate effect.  

            In view of above, this petition has become infructuous which is accordingly dismissed alongwith listed applications. However, the Petitioner may report for duty at his posting place.
