Official Respondents have filed their written statement which reveals that on 8.7.2010 a case under Crime No.76/2010 for offence U/s 365-B PPC has been registered at P.S Tharushah District Naushahro Feroze with regard to the abduction of petitioners. Alongwith statement, they have filed mashirnama of arrest of Ihsan and Haseen both sons of Juwan Solangi. Mashirnama of arrest shows that both were arrested on 20.9.2010. Official Respondents have also submitted the copy of 164 Cr.P.C statement of Mst. Sasui which was recorded before the IInd Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Bhiria. Besides the above documents, Respondents have placed on record the remand order dated 24.9.2010 in respect of Ahsan and Haseen, both sons of Juwan Solangi.

Mst. Sassui present in Court states that she was tortured by Raja alias Ahsan. She further states that Raja alias Ahsan has taken her naked photographs and she was black mailed and she was compelled to marry with Raja alias Ahsan against her wishes. However, learned counsel for the petitioners disputes the statement of Mst. Sassui and states that she is under pressure by her relatives.

Be that as it may, in these proceedings the factual controversy cannot be resolved. However, the petitioners may approach the concerned forum for redressal of their grievance as their husbands Haseen and Raja alias Ahsan have been arrested in Crime No.76 of 2010 of PS Tharushah and interim challan has been submitted before the concerned Court on 3.9.2010. Since the accused Haseen and Raja alias Ahsan are facing charge on certain allegations therefore, petitioners may approach the concerned Court for any relief.

With the above observations, this petition stands disposed of. One Gulab Khan is present in Court. He claims to be maternal uncle of Mst. Sassui and undertakes that he will provide protection to Mst. Sassui. Mst. Sassui also shows her desire to go with her maternal uncle. She is sui-juris, she may go with her maternal uncle subject to furnishing bond by her maternal uncle Gulab Khan in the sum of Rs.10,00000/- (Ten lac) to the satisfaction of concerned Magistrate.
