            I know Hussain Bux. He is my husband. About four months back I contracted marriage with Hussain Bux on my own accord and free will. Due to my marriage with Hussain Bux, my father, uncle and other relatives became annoyed. After my marriage, I was residing with my husband Hussain Bux but subsequently my father and other relatives came at the house of Hussain Bux and they accompanied me to see my parents but later on they did not allow me to join my husband. I have been produced by police. I am wife of Hussain Bux and want to go with him.

Mr. Muhammad Ishaque Khoso, learned counsel for Respondents No.1 and 2 called absent without any intimation. Even none amongst the Respondents No.1 and 2 has appeared.

In compliance of the order dated 24.8.2010 detenue Mst. Sher Bano is produced by SHO PS Kadhan. Mst. Sher Bano is sui-juris and her statement was recorded whereby she has categorically stated that applicant Hussain Bux is her husband and she was married with him about four months back. She further stated that she has been recovered from the house of her parents and now she wants to go with her husband. She is sui-juris and wants to go with applicant who is her husband. In view of above she is at liberty to go with her husband.

The Criminal Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of.
