            At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant does not press this bail application and states that he would be satisfied if the directions are issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial within reasonable time.

            Learned D.P.G for the State also concedes the above proposition.

            In view of above, this Criminal Bail Application stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within three months and no adjournment shall be granted to the either party on any flimsy ground.
