            I do not know Ali Muhammad. He is not related to me. I was married with Qadir Bux on 26.5.2010. I am now residing happily with my husband Qadir Bux Nizamani in Village Sobho Khan Nizamani. I have been brought by police from village Sobho Khan Nizamani. Now I want to go with Qadir Bux Nizamani who is my husband. My statement is voluntarily and without any pressure from any quarter.

            Statement has been filed on behalf of Respondent No.2 which is taken on record, copy whereof has been supplied to the other side.

In compliance of the order dated 6.9.2010, Mst. Uzma has been produced by SIP/SHO PS Hala. Her statement was recorded in open Court whereby she has categorically stated that she does not know Ali Muhammad. She further stated that she was married to Qadir Bux Nizamani on 26.5.2010 and she is happily living with her husband. She desires to go with her husband Qadir Bux.

In view of above statement, she is set at liberty and is allowed to go with her husband. SIP/SHO Hala present in Court is directed to provide protection to Mst. Uzma.

Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
