1.         Granted.

2.         It is inter alia contended that the applicants are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the case. It is further contended that the applicants apprehend their imminent arrest at the hands of police and there is apprehension of their arrest, disgrace and maltreatment by the police.

Without touching the merits of the case, the applicants are granted protective bail for 10 days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this court.

This order shall cease to exist on expiry of 10 days or when the applicants approach the concerned court, whichever is earlier.

The Cr. Bail Application stands disposed of.
