2.         Through this application, the appellants seek suspension of sentence and grant of bail during pendency of the Revision application.

Per learned counsel, the applicants have been convicted for three years and Daman. It is further contended that the sentence is too short and there is no probability that the revision would be heard and disposed of in near future.

Learned Deputy Prosecutor General Sindh also concedes the prayer of the appellant.

Admittedly the applicants have been convicted for three years and Daman. The sentence is too short. Keeping in view the heavy work load, there is no likelihood that the revision application would be heard and disposed of in near future.

For the foregoing reasons and no objection raised by learned Assistant Prosecutor General Sindh, I allow  this application, suspend the sentence awarded by the trial court and Appellate Court and admit the applicants on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.75000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this court.

Application stands disposed of.
