3.         It is inter alia contended that the applicant was confined in the Jail since a decade and was released in July, 2010. Per learned counsel NBWs have been issued against the applicant in crime No.09/1997 of P.S. Sinjhoro. It is contended that the applicant intended to approach the trial court but apprehending his life under in imminent danger at the hands of his enemies, he directly approached this court. At the request of Learned counsel for the applicant, this application for grant of pre arrest bail is converted into application for grant of protective bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.

Without touching the merits of the case, applicant Ali Hassan is granted protective bail for 10 days from today subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court.

This order will cease to affect on expiry of 10 days or when the applicant will approach the concerned court, whichever is earlier.

The Cr. Bail Application stands disposed of.
