On 12.10.2009 a consent order was passed and DIG Mirpurkhas was directed to entrust the inquiry to an independent, impartial and well reputed police officer not below the rank of ASP to conduct the inquiry and submit report. In compliance of the above order, the D.I.G Mirpurkhas has submitted report stating that the dispute between the parties is over some property. From the inquiry report, no clue with regard to death of Mst. Khair un Nisa is traced out.

In view of the above, this criminal Misc. Application is dismissed. However, the parties are at liberty to approach the proper forum if so advised.
