On 17.05.2010 the I.O. was directed to record the statements of witnesses u/s 161 Cr.P.C and place the same before the Magistrate. Per learned counsel I.O. has recorded the statements of the witnesses and placed the same before the concerned Magistrate. He, therefore, prays that the Magistrate may be directed to pass appropriate order.

Learned Additional Prosecutor General Sindh agrees to the request of learned counsel for the applicant.

In view of the above, the Magistrate is directed to look into the material placed before him and pass appropriate order if deems necessary.
