            I am not related to Ameer Bux. In fact I was abducted by Ameer Bux. Abdul Latif Jokhio who is present in Court is my husband and out of wedlock, we have four children namely Barkat, Nizakat, Imran nd Shahzadi. Neither I have been abducted by Abdul Latif nor any one else. In fact I left the house of Ameer Bux as he had illegally confined me therefore, in order to save my skin, I went to my parents. Police have brought me from the house of Abdul Latif Jokhio. Now I want to go with my husband Abdul Latif Jokhio.

In compliance of the order dated 10.8.2010 Mst. Fareeda alias Fatan is produced by Syed Imdad Ali Shah, S.P Investigation and SIP Muhammad Aslam Khanzada, SHO PS Jhirk. Mst. Fareeda is sui-juris, her statement was recorded in Court in presence of learned counsel for the parties whereby she categorically stated that neither she was abducted nor kept in wrongful confinement by any one else. In fact she is residing with Abdul Latif Jokhio who is her husband. She desired to go with Abdul Latif Jokhio. Since Mst. Fareeda alias Fatan is sui-juris therefore, she is set at liberty and she is free to go where ever she wants.

In view of above, Criminal Miscellaneous Application is disposed of.
