At the very outset applicant stated that Mst. Kiran daughter of Islamuddin has contracted marriage with Murad Ali on her own accord and free will. Per applicant Mst. Kiran is major and she was not compelled to marry against her wishes. He further stated that now a days Mst. Kiran is living with her husband Murad Ali and neither she is confined nor her moment is restricted by any body else.

In view of above, application merits no consideration which is accordingly dismissed.
