2.         Through this application, applicants seek protective bail in crime No.39/2010 of P.S. Diplo District Tharparkar @ Mithi registered u/s 324, 337 A(i), F(i), 504, 34 P.P.C.

It is inter alia contended that the applicants are innocent and have been roped in a false and fabricated case. Per learned counsel, applicants intended to approach the concerned court but they could not do so as the local police is bent upon to arrest them, hence they approached this court.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants and perused the record.

Without touching the merits of the case, the applicants are granted protective bail for 12 days from today subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this court.

The operation of this order shall cease to exist on expiry of above stipulated period or when the applicants approach the concerned court, whichever is earlier.

The Cr. Bail Application stands disposed of.
