Learned counsel for the Respondents No.2 to 4 has filed statement whereby they have stated that the Respondents are constructing project over the area of government land of lined channel (Akram wah); the Respondents are not and will not construct project/fly over bridge and roads over any portion of Municipal Truck Stand on Revenue S.Nos.156-A and others admeasuring 21-01 acres Deh Gujo, Taluka City Hyderabad fully described in mashirnama of possession by City Mukhtiarkar Hyderabad to Land Grant Officer H.M.C Hyderabad dated 27-02-1979, copy whereof has also annexed.

After going through the statement learned counsel for the Petitioner is satisfied and prayed that petition be disposed of in terms of the statement filed by the learned counsel for the Respondents No.2 to 4.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of in terms of the statement filed by the learned counsel for the Respondents No.2 to 4. However the Respondents shall act in accordance with law.

            The listed application(s) are also disposed of.
