Mr. Khalid Mumtaz learned counsel for the objector No.1 Muhammad Salahuddin Khan, who is present in person.

Mr. Liaquat Ali Khaskheli learned counsel for the objector No.2 Mst. Sitara Begum w/o of Muhammad Salahuddin Khan, who is present in person.

 

1.        At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant does not press the C.M.A. No. 394/2010, which is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.

2.        In compliance of the order dated: 25.03.2010, Nazir has submitted his report.

A written settlement duly signed by the learned counsel for the parties has been submitted, whereby the parties agreed that the property bearing No. B-26, Sector-I, Central Government Co-operative Housing Society Block 10^th (admeasuring 240 Sq. Yards) shall be transferred/mutated in the names of Muhammad Salahuddin Khan and his two sons namely Nooruddin Khan Danish and Badaruddin Khan Tabish through Nazir of this Court. So for the share of Muhammad Salahuddin Khan in cash amount is concerned, out of same amount Rs.900,000/- (Rupees Nine Hundred Thousands) shall be invested in any Government profitable scheme in the names of Nooruddin Khan Danish and Badaruddin Khan Tabish both sons of Muhammad Salahuddin Khan and remaining amount shall be given to Muhammad Salahuddin Khan, who intend to perform Hajj with his wife and children and further parties are agreed as per order dated: 25.03.2010.
