The Respondents No.1 and 2 have filed their comments which are taken on record, copy whereof has been supplied to the other side. After going through the comments, learned counsel for the Petitioner is satisfied and does not press this petition. However, he states that officials Respondents be directed to provide protection to the Petitioner. Order accordingly. The S.H.O P.S Sakrand and D.P.O Shaheed Benazirabad are directed to provide protection to the Petitioner and his family members.
