                        The detenue namely Muhammad Aslam has been produced, the remand of whom was taken by I.O namely Afzal Ahmed Magsi and recovery has been affected. He has submitted the challan. The Petitioner complains that detenue was tortured. If this is so, she may avail remedy by filing a Direct Complaint.

                        This petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
