            Mr. Ashfaque Hussain Abro, advocate files vakalatnama on behalf of all the private respondents. The respondent No.4 Zulfiqar Ali s/o Muhammad Saleh Samo produced the detainees namely Baby Priya aged about five months and master Shayan aged about 1 ½ years before this Court. The custody of both the suckling babies delivered to their mother with consent of the respondent No.4. The learned counsel for the applicant after getting the custody of both the detainees to their mother does not press the present petition as the same has  become infractions, the petition is therefore, disposed of as not pressed.
