Mr.Sardar Zafar Hussain, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos.2 and 3, which is taken on record. He submits that the petition is misconceived, inasmuch as the subject consignment has been finally assessed, against which no appeal has been preferred by the Petitioner. Learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.02 and 03 has also placed on record copy of Order dated 19.02.206 passed by Division Bench of this Court in C.P.No.D-623/2026, which was dismissed under similar circumstances.

In view of the foregoing, the petition is dismissed, leaving the petitioner at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
