The comments have been submitted on behalf of NADRA, which are taken on record. The operative part of which reads as under:-

“The CNIC of Gul Muhammad bearing No.42501-5514540-9 is Digitally Impounded in family of individuals matched with IFRP vide HQ letter No.4edv8m dated 19.12.2025. In such cases, legal notices are not issued as persons have been repatriated (to Afghanistan) and advise the remaining family members to approach concerned Zonal Verification Board Zone-C Malir, Karachi on any working day along with 1x Alpha Family member and all original documents prior to 1979 for providing a final chance of CNIC clearance as per revised Verification Policy 5.0.0.”

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of NADRA submits that subject to the appearance of the petitioner and proper cooperation being rendered by him for the purpose of exercise envisaged, the same would be concluded within a period of 30 days from today. Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied in that regard. Under the circumstances, the petition stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
