Applicant
is mother of accused Hassan son of Shabbir Ahmed,
whose first bail application was dismissed on merits whereas his second bail
application was granted on his undertaking that he is ready to furnish surety
to the equivalent amount of dishonoured cheque. No case for interference is made out. However, applicant
is directed to appear before learned trial Court and move an application for
reduction of surety and the learned trial Court is directed to decide such
application for reduction of surety in accordance with law.
