Applicant
is present on interim pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for applicant does not
press the instant criminal bail application on the ground that the applicant
has been acquitted by learned trial Court by way of compromise. In view of such
position, instant criminal bail application is accordingly dismissed, as having
become infructuous. The surety furnished in the instant criminal bail application
is no more required, therefore, the office is directed
to return the surety to the Surety, after proper verification and
identification, as per rules.
