4.         Applicant/accused Shahzaib Baqar son of Syed Muhammad Baqar Zaidi, has filed instant criminal bail application through his attorney/son Syed Shameer Zaidi, seeking protective-cum-transitory bail in FIR No.111/2012, registered at P.S. Clifton, Karachi for offence under Sections 302, 324, 34, PPC.  At present, applicant/accused is at Malaysia and intends to travel to Pakistan and will reach at JIAP Karachi on 11.03.2026.

 

            Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant he is innocent and has been falsely involved in this case for mala fide intentions and ulterior motives; that applicant is a law abiding citizen and intends to surrender before the concerned Court, but he apprehends his arrest at the hands of concerned police in order to humiliate and disgrace as he has been declared as proclaimed offender by learned trial Court, hence he needs protection in order to enable him to appear before the concerned Court.

 

Without touching the merits of the case, protective-cum-transitory bail is granted to applicant above named in the aforesaid FIR, for a period of ten (10) days from today, subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicant is directed to surrender before the concerned Court in the aforesaid period and join the trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of ten days from today or whenever the applicant surrenders before the concerned Court, which one occurs earlier. The applicant is cautioned that this concession of protective bail will not be extended for any reason whatsoever and if he fails to surrender himself before the relevant Court during validity of this protective bail, his bail bond shall stand forfeited.

 

            Instant Criminal Bail Application stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
