Shahzaib Baqar son of
Syed Muhammad Baqar Zaidi, has filed instant
criminal bail application through his attorney/son Syed Shameer
Zaidi, seeking protective-cum-transitory bail in FIR
No.111/2012, registered at P.S. Clifton, Karachi for offence under Sections 302,
324, 34, PPC. At present,
applicant/accused is at Malaysia and intends to travel to Pakistan and will
reach at JIAP Karachi on 11.03.2026.
Learned
counsel for applicant submits that applicant he is innocent and has been
falsely involved in this case for mala fide intentions and ulterior motives;
that applicant is a law abiding citizen and intends to surrender before the
concerned Court, but he apprehends his arrest at the hands of concerned police in
order to humiliate and disgrace as he has been declared as proclaimed offender
by learned trial Court, hence he needs protection in order to enable him to
appear before the concerned Court.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective-cum-transitory bail is granted
to applicant above named in the aforesaid FIR, for a period of ten (10) days from today, subject to
his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand)
and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court.
Applicant is directed to surrender before the concerned Court in the aforesaid
period and join the trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect
after expiry of ten days from today
or whenever the applicant surrenders before the concerned Court, which one
occurs earlier. The applicant is cautioned that this concession of protective
bail will not be extended for any reason whatsoever and if he fails to
surrender himself before the relevant Court during validity of this protective
bail, his bail bond shall stand forfeited.
