registered at Police Station Ahmed Pur, District Khairpur for offence under Section 506/2, 420, 148, 149,
PPC.
Learned
counsel for applicants submits that the applicants/accused are innocent and
they have been falsely implicated in this case due to mala fide intentions and
ulterior motives; that they are law abiding citizens and intend to surrender
before the concerned Court but they apprehend their arrest at the hands of
police in order to humiliate and disgrace, hence they need protection in order
to enable them to appear before the concerned Court.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to
applicants/accused above named, for a period of seven (7) days from today, subject to his furnishing solvent surety
in the sum of Rs.25,000/-
(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount to
the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicants are directed to
surrender before the concerned Court in the aforesaid period and join the trial
forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of seven days from today or whenever the
applicants surrender before the concerned Court, which one occurs earlier. The
applicants are cautioned that this concession of protective bail will not be
extended for any reason whatsoever and if they fail to surrender themselves
before the relevant Court during validity of this protective bail, their bail
bond shall stand forfeited.
Instant
Criminal Bail Application stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
