At the
very outset, learned counsel for applicant does not press this criminal bail
application and seeks direction to the trial Court for early disposal of the
case. Learned A.P.G. as well as learned counsel for complainant do not oppose
on such proposal. In view of such position, instant criminal bail application
is dismissed as not pressed. However, learned trial Court is directed to decide
the case of the applicant preferably within two months under intimation to this
Court through learned MIT-I, without granting any adjournment to either party
on any flimsy grounds.
