            ------------------------------------

Applicants Naimatullah, Bakhtiar Ali, Muhammad Khursheed and Amjad Khan seek pre-arrest bail in FIR No.468/2025, registered at P.S. Ittehad Town, Karachi for offence under Sections 324, 392, 337-A(i), 506-B, 147, 148, 149, 34 PPC read with Section 3 / 4 of the Lawyers Protection Act and Section 512, Cr.PC. Since the complainant of this case is a practicing advocate, therefore, applicants/accused directly approached this Court for grant of pre-arrest bail.

At the very outset, learned counsel for applicants submits that complainant of this case is a practicing advocate, he has settled his dispute with the present applicants and today he is recording his no objection for confirmation of bail to them.

On the other hand, complainant Faran Sardar is present in Court along with his counsel and reiterated the facts disclosed by learned counsel for the applicants and has recorded no objection for confirmation of pre-arrest bail to them. Learned A.P.G. opposed for grant of bail on the ground that all the sections applied in the FIR are compoundable except Section 392, PPC.

Heard learned counsel for applicants, learned A.P.G., learned counsel for complainant, and perused the material available on record.

Complainant, who is a practicing advocate, present in Court has recorded no objection on confirmation of pre-arrest bail to the applicants on the ground that he has settled the dispute with the applicants outside the Court and main sections applied in the FIR are compoundable.

In view of above, interim pre-arrest bail granted to the applicants/accused is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.

Instant criminal bail application is disposed of in the above terms.
