3. Applicants/accused
Muhammad Riaz son
of Abdullah and Safiya Mai wife of Muhammad Riaz seek protective bail in FIR No.35/2026, registered at
P.S. Gizri, Karachi, for offence under Section 381, PPC.
Learned
counsel for applicant submits that the applicants/accused are innocent and they
have been falsely implicated in this case due to mala fide intentions and
ulterior motives; that they are law abiding citizens and intend to surrender
before the concerned Court but they apprehend their arrest at the hands of
police in order to humiliate and disgrace, hence they need protection in order
to enable them to appear before the concerned Court.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to
applicant/accused above named, for a period of five (5) days from today, subject to his furnishing solvent surety
in the sum of Rs.10,000/-
(Rupees Ten Thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount to
the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicant is directed to surrender
before the concerned Court in the aforesaid period and join the trial
forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of five days from today or whenever the
applicants surrender before the concerned Court, which one occurs earlier. The
applicants are cautioned that this concession of protective bail will not be
extended for any reason whatsoever and if he fails to surrender themselves before the relevant Court during validity of this
protective bail, their bail bond shall stand forfeited.
