Syed Muhammad Wasiq Iqbal
son of Syed Muhammad Iqbal was admitted on pre-arrest
bail by this Court vide order dated 07.01.2026. On the last date of hearing,
applicant/accused was present in Court but his counsel was called absent and
the matter was adjourned for today in his presence. Today, neither the
applicant nor his counsel is in attendance. Mr. Waseem
Raza, advocate, holding brief on behalf of Mr. Waryam Ali Kalhoro, counsel for
applicant, states that latter is out of station.

present in Court submits that complainant of this case is a practicing advocate
and the parties have settled their dispute outside the Court and they have
filed the proper application before the concerned Court. This is a pre-arrest
bail and the applicant is duty bound to appear in Court on each and every date
but he has chosen to remain absent, therefore, interim pre-arrest bail granted
to him by this Court vide order dated 07.01.2026 is hereby recalled and the
same is dismissed on account of non-prosecution.
