Mir Ahmed son of Muhammad Shareef seeks pre-arrest
bail FIR No.340/2024, registered at P.S. Sohrab Goth,
Karachi for offence under Sections 324, 511, 337-F(i), PPC.
It has
come on record that applicant has directly approached this Court without
exhausting alternate remedy by way of filing application under sections 498,
498-A, PPC before learned Sessions Court. Learned counsel for applicant, after
arguing the matter at some length, does not press the instant criminal bail
application and requests that this application may be converted into protective
bail in order to enable the applicant to exhaust the alternate remedy. Learned
A.P.G. has recorded no objection.
In
view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed as not pressed,
however, the same is converted into protective bail and, without touching the
merits of the case, applicant/accused above named is admitted to protective
bail for period of five (5) days from
today on the same terms and conditions as contained in the order dated
19.11.2025.
Instant
criminal bail application is disposed of in the above terms.
