Tanveer Maqbool Abro seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No.167/2025, registered
at P.S. Risala for offence under Sections 354, 342,
504, 337-V, 337-A(i), PPC, after
dismissal of his bail plea by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Karachi
South vide order dated 20.11.2025.
Learned
counsel for applicant mainly contended that after declining his pre-arrest
bail, IO has submitted final report whereby he inserted Sections 377-B and 511,
PPC and applicant has not approached the trial Court for bail in these Sections
and requests that instant criminal bail application may be converted into
protective bail in order to enable him to appear before learned concerned Court
for fresh pre-arrest bail.
Counsel
for complainant and learned A.P.G. have recorded no objection for such prayer.
In
view of above, instant criminal bail application for grant of pre-arrest bail
is converted into protective bail and the applicant is granted protective for a
period of five (5) days from today on the terms and conditions contained in
order 24.11.2025 passed by this Court in the instant criminal bail application,
whereby applicant/accused was admitted to pre-arrest bail.
Instant
criminal bail application is disposed of in the above terms.
