Muhammad Rafiq
Rajper son of Muhammad Ramzan
Rajper seeks protective bail in FIR No.17/2026, registered
at P.S. Qasimabad, Hyderabad for offence under
section 489-F, PPC.
Learned
counsel for applicant submits that applicant he is innocent and has been
falsely involved in this case for mala fide intentions and ulterior motives; that
there is civil dispute between the parties but the complainant has managed
false FIR against the applicant; that applicant is a law abiding citizen and
intends to surrender before the concerned Court but he apprehends his arrest at
the hands of concerned police in order to humiliate and disgrace, hence he
needs protection in order to enable him to appear before the concerned Court.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicant
above named in the aforesaid FIR, for a period of seven (7) days from today, subject to his furnishing solvent surety
in the sum of Rs.50,000/-
(Rupees Fifty Thousand) and P.R
bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court.
Applicant is directed to surrender before the concerned Court in the aforesaid
period and join the trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect
after expiry of seven days from
today or whenever the applicant surrenders before the concerned Court, which
one occurs earlier. The applicant is cautioned that this concession of
protective bail will not be extended for any reason whatsoever and if he fails
to surrender himself before the relevant Court during validity of this
protective bail, his bail bond shall stand forfeited.
Instant
Criminal Bail Application stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
