Areeba Maaz wife of
Maaz Ali and Muhammad
Muttal Imran son of Muhammad Imran, seek
protective bail in FIR No.22/2026, registered at P.S. Baiji
Sharif, District Sukkur, for offence under Sections 489-F,
420, 406, PPC.
Learned
counsel for applicants submits that applicants are innocent and they have been
falsely implicated in number of cases registered by the same complainant party
at various police stations of the Province of Sindh for mala fide intentions
and ulterior motives; that they are a law abiding citizen and intend to
surrender before the concerned Court but they apprehend their arrest at the
hands of concerned police in order to humiliate and disgrace, hence they need
protection in order to enable them to appear before the concerned Court.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicants/accused
above named, for a period of seven (7)
days from today, subject to their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount to
the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicants are directed to
surrender before the concerned Court in the aforesaid period and join the trial
forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of seven days from today or whenever the
applicants surrender before the concerned Court, which one occurs earlier. The
applicants are cautioned that this concession of protective bail will not be
extended for any reason whatsoever and if they fail to surrender himself before the relevant Court during validity of this
protective bail, their bail bond shall stand forfeited.
Instant
Criminal Bail Application stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
