Applicant
and his counsel are called absent. Applicant, who is complainant of FIR
No.37/2025, registered at Police Station Thatta for
offence under section 320, 34, PPC, has impugned the order dated 19.03.2025,
whereby learned Sessions Judge, Thatta admitted
respondents 2 to 5 on pre-arrest bail. Applicant has moved application for
cancellation of bail. I have gone through the impugned order, which has been
passed in accordance with law and apparently there is no illegality or
irregularity committed in it. No case for interference is made out. Instant
criminal miscellaneous application is dismissed. However, learned trial Court
is directed to conclude the trial preferably within three months.
