bail plea by learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Malir
Karachi vide order dated 27.01.2026.
Learned
counsel for applicant submits that during pendency of instant criminal bail application,
parties have settled their dispute outside the Court. Complainant present in
Court submits application for recording no objection and has sworn such
affidavit, which is taken on record. Learned A.P.G. has recorded on objection
on the ground that parties have settled their dispute outside the Court.
In
view of above, interim pre-arrest bail granted to applicant by this Court vide
order dated 30.01.2026 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
Instant
criminal bail application stands disposed of in above terms.
