Learned
counsel for applicant submits that learned Judicial
Magistrate-X, Malir, Karachi had acquitted the
applicants/accused of the charge, vide Order dated 06.10.2025 under Section
249-A, Cr.PC passed in Criminal Case No.09/2025,
arising out of FIR No.442/2024, registered at P.S. Sachal
for offence under sections 392, 34, PPC as such he does not press the instant criminal miscellaneous
application. In view of such statement, the instant criminal miscellaneous
application is dismissed as not pressed.
