under Sections 324, 147, 148, 149, 452, 506/2, 114, 504, PPC, which reveals
that the applicants/accused have been acquitted of the charge on the basis of
compromise, therefore, learned counsel for applicants does not press the
instant criminal bail application, which is accordingly dismissed.
