Khalil Ahmed is present on interim pre-arrest bail. On the last date of
hearing, progress report was called from learned trial Court, which has been
submitted. Perusal of the progress report reveals that applicant Khalid Ahmed
did not appear before learned trial Court on last four dates of hearings.
Non-appearance of applicant/accused Khalil Ahmed before learned trial Court is
sufficient ground to recall the interim pre-arrest bail granted to him by this
Court. Therefore, interim pre-arrest bail granted to the applicant/accused by
this Court vide order dated 25.11.2025 is hereby recalled. Instant criminal
bail application is accordingly dismissed.
