Tariq Mukhtar son of Mukhtar
Ahmed was admitted to bail by this Court vide order dated 14.01.2026. Record
reflects that he has not furnished surety. Again, this matter was taken up on
03.02.2026 when the applicant and his counsel were remained absent and in the
interest of justice notice was issued to the applicant and intimation notice to
his counsel. Today, neither the applicant nor his counsel is in attendance and
still surety has not been furnished by him. Therefore, order dated 14.01.2026
is hereby recalled and instant criminal bail application is dismissed on
account of non-prosecution.
