not press the instant criminal bail application and seeks direction for
disposal of this case expeditiously. Learned A.P.G. has recorded no objection
on such proposal. In view of such position, instant criminal bail application
is dismissed as not pressed, with direction to the trial Court to decide the
case of the applicant expeditiously, preferably within two months.
